LAS VEGAS, NEVADA (NAB Booth 3130) - April 5, 2014 - BroadView Software, the leading information management solution provider for today's multiplatform media environment, today announced the expansion of two key areas into formal practice groups led by industry experts. Mike Letourneau is now Director, Enterprise Projects handling large scale, complex projects while Geoff Holden is Product Manager for OnDemand, covering non-linear applications.
Previously, BroadView has deployed significant assets for enterprise-scale projects and OnDemand products on an ad-hoc basis. Now, formalizing these specialties into practice areas marks a new era of growth and maturity for the company. Under Letourneau and Holden's leadership, Enterprise Projects and OnDemand are now coherent groups strategically situated to realize BroadView's longterm vision. With these, BroadView is positioned to extend the industry leadership it established with the unified database media management concept 15 years ago.

Both Letourneau and Holden come to Broad View from senior positions at Astral Media (now Bell Media) and are acknowledged experts in their respective disciplines.
Letourneau: an Eye on Detail and the Big Picture
Letourneau brings a vast experience in the development and implementation of enterprise projects from his 16 years at Astral. During his tenure there, he led many cross-organizational projects and software implementations. He led a multi-disciplined IT team that serviced three sub-business units with employees in four locations. His experience navigating complex matrix reporting stuctures to meet corporate standards while championing local business units is invaluable.
"However sophisticated the technology, it can only really come to life if you appreciate the enterprise it lives in," said Letourneau. "The trick is keeping an attention to the technical details while also holding onto the larger institutional context."
Holden: Leveraging today's expertise for tomorrow's promise
Holden has well-established credentials within the OnDemand revolution that is transforming the media business. In 2005 while at Astral Television Networks, he became the first client of Broad View's OnDemand solution From there he spearheaded the introduction of an innovative and leading-edge application for TV Everywhere that moved Astral into the forefront of the emerging OnDemand world.
While many are now just coming to terms with the opportunities and the challenges of OnDemand, Holden has a decade of hands-on experience in developing and implementing practical strategies that move non-linear from concept to profit center.
