The Process

The implementation process begins even before a contract is signed. Part of our assessment of your needs is getting a picture of your

potential timeline for installation, and any customization requests that may affect timing.

We start the implementation process with an extensive site survey. This information helps us in drawing up a project plan to address all the details of your needs.

By the time we are ready to sign a contract we will have included a timeline “window”, in order to secure your implementation date.

Our project management office will already be working on a document that includes the scope of your needs – that is, what you require and also what you don’t require – in the areas of product, implementation and training.

What Next

The final contract will include a project management plan, and you’ll be able to see on paper the entire picture of what to expect and when. 

Once the contract is in place, our project management office will handle your product needs and implementation, in conjunction with a project manager or coordinator from your company.

Good communication between these two offices will ensure that expectations are managed.

Training

As implementation nears, your users and our client services team will begin preparations for training.

We take training very seriously, as we understand that change is often uncomfortable. Our training agreement outlines a number of steps that we and your staff will undertake together to ensure that we understand your users and that they are well prepared for the training experience. 

Our goal is for your staff to come out of training excited about the BroadView product and prepared to contribute to a successful go-live.
