BroadView is known for taking extra care of clients during go-live. By the time training is finished our client services team will be well aware of your users and the nature of your operation – ready to take the calls and emails that accompany the first weeks of using a new system.

The pattern for most of our clients is that user questions drop off significantly as confidence grows and training kicks-in. Our product is easy to use and we’re there to help everyone get to that point during transition.

Once your staff is past the transition point, they can be assured that any questions that arise or challenges they have, will be dealt with by a team of people who talk their language and understand the context of their jobs.

Your business operates 24/7 and we’re here when you need us. Our team of representatives are live during extensive office hours, and available 24/7 to help with any urgent issues.
