Ride Television Network Implements BroadView

LAS VEGAS, Nevada (NAB Booth N4330) -  April 13, 2015 - Ride Television Network (RIDE TV), the Fort Worth-based cable network focused on horse lifestyle and culture, has adopted BroadView Software, the leader in media management solutions for both traditional broadcast and multiplatform media environments, as its technology partner.

RIDE TV launched on October 1, 2014. Soon after, BroadView helped design a media management workflow with its integrated traffic and sales modules that could operate simply and economically through their initial rollout, and yet be robust enough to scale with growth.

"BroadView's reputation as a technology partner for a wide range of media companies attracted us, and our expectations have not been disappointed," said Craig Morris, President, RIDE TV. "The startup phase for a cable network is extremely challenging from a technical standpoint, and BroadView's great experience here helped us enormously. Their traffic system and integrated ad sales modules give us the tools we need to operate efficiently. This is a solid foundation for our growth."

Morris added that BroadView's media management system's flexibility, scalability and deep feature set were major factors in their decision to select this as a key element of their technical infrastructure. As important was BroadView's approach. Rather than just providing a software package, BroadView operates as a technology partner looking at how best to integrate these solutions within the enterprise.

"RIDE TV is an important addition to our growing family of media companies that enjoy increased efficiency today while opening the door to future success," said Michael Atkin, BroadView Founding Partner and President. "They are quickly proving themselves to be a model for others in the industry who understand the opportunities for serving niche markets that can tap into broad appeal.  We look forward to being with them for what promises to be a long ride ahead!"
